Email supportOnly to sort events by distance so the closest ones show first. Your coordinates are sent with each request to calculate distances and are not stored or linked to you. If you decline, the app shows London by default and you can pick any UK town yourself in Preferences. See our Privacy Policy.
Events are pulled live from multiple sources. On a fresh start the very first load can take up to a minute while sources are gathered; pull down to refresh. If it stays empty, check your internet connection and try again.
We aggregate public listings from Ticketmaster UK, Eventbrite UK, and a hand-curated guide to UK venues. Tapping an event opens the original source for tickets and full details.
Listings come from third-party sources and can occasionally be inaccurate. Email us the event name and what's off, and we'll look into it.
No. VenTrack has no sign-up or login. Saved events live only on your device.
VenTrack covers the United Kingdom only: England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Open it abroad and it shows London, so you can still plan a trip home; pick any UK town from Preferences to browse somewhere else.
